WXYZ BAR
Shaking and mixing at its finest, with specialty cocktails, a snack-attack menu and cool tunes ranging from acoustic sets to sassy DJ mashups.
By day, a bright, open lounge area. By night, a bar abuzz with life. Located adjacent to Re:mix lounge, W XYZ bar is designed for chilling out in comfort and draws guests out of their rooms to work, eat, drink and enjoy the experience.

CIVILITY & UNREST BAR
Civility & Unrest is inspired by the cocktail culture and underground speakeasies of a bygone era. We showcase the finest in world-renowned vintage spirits, local craft distillers, flowing Champagne & sparkling selections, and local micro brews.
An evening begins with a level of Civility – enjoy the clamor of our speakeasy in our lively whiskey bar in front. When intrigue is peaked and inhibitions are relaxed, venture to the Unrest – a seductive, intimate lounge hidden in the back.

CALAVERA RESTAURANT
We have made a minority equity investment in a vibrant restaurant in Oakland, California. The 3,500 sq.ft space boasts of 18 ft ceilings and traditional Oaxacan ceramics and food. The team includes F&B experts Michael Iglesias, Jessica Sackler and Ryan Collins. All three have worked at renowned restaurants such as Oyamel, Coqueta, East Side West with global names such as Jose Andres and Michael Chiarello. Working to provide the very best Mexican region-inspired cuisine, combined with the rebel spirit of Oakland, they create an eclectic experience unmatched in the town.

RE:FUEL SNACK BAR
Aloft’s answer to 24/7 grab & go gourmet, Re:fuel is designed to deliver quality items – a freshly made breakfast sandwich, good cappuccino – in an efficient space. A menu board informs the flow of the space and leads to a window where guests place their orders. A table in the center is filled with artfully arranged edibles.

THE LAKEHOUSE
A Northwest farmhouse concept by James Beard Award-winning Chef Jason Wilson.
Inspired by Bellevue’s sense of place and evolution, the menu spotlights the produce sourced from our ever-evolving grower and farmer relationships. Expect the highest level of detail and imagination executed in simple, fresh, produce-driven craft cooking, accented with local seafoods and meats, handmade pasta and a house-made larder.
